Submission instructions For the full text and the abstract (the abstract length is 500-800 words), please edit it according to the writing format (download it through the www.issoia2023.com home page of the conference website), and contribute it through the conference website; The accepted manuscripts at the conference will be arranged for oral reports or posters at the meeting, and the full text manuscript will be selected into the conference proceedings (EI search). The proceedings will be published by Springer Press (Springer Nature) after the meeting, and the content of the papers will not be officially published in academic journals or conferences at home or abroad. The meeting is non-secret level, the author should do the confidentiality review according to the requirements of each unit, the responsibility.

Important date of the meeting:

October 30,2023, the deadline for essay abstracts;

November 03,2023, the author shall be notified of the recruitment;

November 14,2023, the author submitted the full text of the paper;

15-17 November 2023, the meeting was held.

Registration payment

1. The conference will register online, and all participants will need to register through the conference website. The deadline for registration is 12:00am on November 10,2023 (Beijing time).

2. At least one author will pay to attend each paper. If multiple authors attend, paper will enjoy 3 free and 1 discount.

3. The Chinese Society of Astronautics will issue the "conference fee" invoice after the meeting, and the electronic version of the general ticket will be sent to the registered mailbox. The conference registration fee standard is shown in the table below.
